Dr. Sheena has really made me understand so much about myself and my condition in the most patient and warm way ever. I’ve been to a lot of other counsellors before but never wanted to continue because of the lack of warmth and reliability. Dr. Sheena is extremely patient and most of all heard my problems out and helped me navigate through it. She taught me tools to use in daily life to make things easier. It wasn’t easy to adapt to them, but she was a constant source of encouragement and reassurance on days when nothing seemed to be working out. Thank you!

I’ve tried therapy on and off but Sheena was the therapist that struck the chord with me. She was understanding, empathetic and gradual with my progress. It seemed that everything said was heard and understood and there wasn’t a rush for diagnosis but patience to understand everything first and that felt truly heartwarming. The responses have been helpful to a point that I now feel at my best mental self and I’ve got myself to thank but I would’ve never reached here by myself. Its been 3 months since I’ve started therapy, & without a doubt there is nobody better at this job than Sheena. Be it giving solutions, not being judgemental, always listening and making things clear for her patients.
